Indulge in this delightful no-bake cheesecake that captures the classic flavors of a banana split, layered with creamy filling and topped with fresh fruit, chocolate syrup, and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  • Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
  • Top with sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

For a fun twist, you can add maraschino cherries on top before serving.
