  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • Maraschino cherries and additional chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Layer the banana slices over the graham cracker crust, followed by a layer of crushed pineapple.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the fruit layers, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the strawberries.
  • Spread a layer of whipped topping over the entire cheesecake.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and additional drizzles of chocolate syrup.
  • Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Notes

For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for a firmer texture.
