- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tub whipped topping
- Maraschino cherries and additional chocolate syrup for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Layer the banana slices over the graham cracker crust, followed by a layer of crushed pineapple.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the fruit layers, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the strawberries.
- Spread a layer of whipped topping over the entire cheesecake.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries and additional drizzles of chocolate syrup.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
