This No Bake Cherry Cheesecake is a simple, yet indulgent dessert. A buttery graham cracker crust topped with a creamy, smooth cheesecake filling and finished with a sweet cherry topping. Perfect for any occasion when you need a quick and delicious treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, top with cherry pie filling.

Notes

  • For a firmer cheesecake, you can let it chill overnight.
  • If you prefer a homemade topping, fresh cherries and a simple syrup can be used instead of canned cherry pie filling.
