These No Bake Coconut Cream Balls are a simple yet indulgent treat. With a smooth coconut filling, a creamy white chocolate coating, and a light dusting of shredded coconut, they make the perfect bite-sized dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • Additional shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Dip the chilled balls into melted white chocolate, then roll them in additional shredded coconut.
  • Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
