These delicious no-bake cookies are filled with rich cocoa, shredded coconut, and crunchy pecans, all combined into a perfect praline-like treat. Quick to make and utterly irresistible, they’re a sweet snack or dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded coconut, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and quick oats.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
