This No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake is a colorful, fun, and easy dessert that requires no oven time! With layers of creamy vanilla pudding, whipped topping, golden Oreos, and sprinkles, this dessert is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package (15.25 oz) Funfetti cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 1 package (15.25 oz) Golden Oreos, crushed
- Sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the cake mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the Funfetti cake mix and whole milk until smooth.
- Add pudding: Stir in the instant vanilla pudding mix and combine until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Layer with Oreos: Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with a layer of crushed Golden Oreos.
- Layer with cake mixture: Pour half of the cake mixture over the Oreos and spread into an even layer.
- Repeat layers: Add another layer of crushed Oreos followed by the remaining cake mixture.
- Garnish and chill: Top with sprinkles for garnish and cover the pan with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the cake to set.
Notes
- For extra texture, you can add a layer of mini chocolate chips or chopped Oreos between the layers.
- This cake can also be made with regular Oreos instead of Golden Oreos for a chocolate twist.
