Description

These individual banana cream pies feature a buttery graham cracker crust, layers of fresh banana slices, and creamy banana pudding, all topped with whipped cream. A simple yet delightful no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Banana slices and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie dishes (or small tart pans).
  • Layer sliced bananas over the crust in each dish.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas in each dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pies to set.
  • Before serving, top each mini pie with whipped cream and garnish with banana slices.

Notes

  • Use individual mini pie dishes for a personal touch, or make one large pie if you prefer.
  • If you like, you can drizzle caramel sauce over the top for added flavor.
