These easy-to-make no-bake mini banana cream pies feature a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy banana pudding filling, and a light whipped cream topping. Perfect for a quick, indulgent treat without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Sliced bananas, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of mini pie dishes.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the banana cream pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spoon the pudding mixture into the prepared pie dishes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Garnish with sliced bananas before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute whipped cream with cool whip for a quicker alternative.
  • For extra flavor, top with a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup.
