Description

These No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are a delightful, creamy dessert perfect for banana lovers. With a buttery graham cracker crust and rich banana pudding filling, they’re a refreshing treat that’s easy to make and sure to impress!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of mini pie pans. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together banana cream pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  • Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
  • Pour pudding mixture into prepared pie crusts and top with banana slices.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and banana slices before serving.

Notes

  • To prevent bananas from browning, you can toss them in a little lemon juice before adding to the pies.
  • These mini pies can be made a day in advance for easy entertaining.
