- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream and banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of mini pie pans. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together banana cream pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
- Pour pudding mixture into prepared pie crusts and top with banana slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and banana slices before serving.
Notes
- To prevent bananas from browning, you can toss them in a little lemon juice before adding to the pies.
- These mini pies can be made a day in advance for easy entertaining.
