Refreshing and creamy, the No-Bake Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake combines vibrant citrus flavors with sweet pineapple, all nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust. A perfect dessert for warm days!

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream, followed by orange juice concentrate and orange zest.
- Spoon half of the cheesecake mixture into the crust. Layer with crushed pineapple, and top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Use a knife to swirl the layers together. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with additional orange zest or pineapple slices before serving.
