Description

This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake is a decadent dessert that’s rich, creamy, and full of delicious Oreo flavor. With a simple, buttery Oreo crust and a smooth, airy cream cheese filling, it’s the perfect dessert for any occasion—no oven required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a more intense Oreo flavor, you can crush additional Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the cheesecake before serving.
  • If you don’t have a springform pan, you can use a regular pie dish, but a springform pan makes it easier to remove the cheesecake.
  • For a chocolatey twist, you can drizzle the top with melted chocolate or a chocolate ganache.
