This No-Bake Oreo Mud Pie is a decadent, creamy dessert that layers rich, smooth cream cheese filling with chocolate pudding, all atop a crunchy Oreo crust. - 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- Additional Oreos for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag until fine crumbs form.
- In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Chill pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with remaining Cool Whip and additional crushed Oreos if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to chill the pie long enough for it to set properly.
- If you prefer a thicker pudding layer, you can add an extra 1/4 cup of milk when making the pudding.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for an extra touch of decoration.
