These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are the perfect treat for peanut butter lovers! With a creamy peanut butter and chocolate layer, they’re easy to make, no baking required, and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (for the chocolate layer)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt together the peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the oats.
- Press the mixture into a 9×9 inch pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a different twist, you can add a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture for a sweet-salty flavor. Store the bars in the refrigerator for up to a week.
