- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
