A deliciously indulgent treat that combines creamy peanut butter and cheesecake flavors, all coated in rich chocolate. These easy no-bake dessert balls are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
