- 2¾ cups milk

- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ cup raisins

Instructions
 Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.
2. Mix Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Minute Rice, milk, raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Bake:
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Give it a gentle stir after 15 minutes and again when the pudding is done.
4. Garnish and Serve:
- Once the pudding is baked to perfection, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the top with a generous amount of cinnamon. Serve the pudding warm or chilled, depending on your preference.
