Description

This easy and flavorful One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles is a perfect weeknight meal. The juicy, seasoned chicken breasts pair wonderfully with tender egg noodles coated in rich, buttery sauce, making it a comforting dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and cook until melted.
  • Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or milk when cooking the noodles.
  • To make it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
