- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and cook until melted.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
