Ingredients

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Cook Beef and Onions:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion with salt and pepper until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed.
