Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, combine fettuccine, garlic, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked and liquid is reduced, about 12-15 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
