This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti is a quick and comforting dish featuring pasta cooked in savory chicken broth, enriched with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a touch of heavy cream. It’s a perfect weeknight meal that’s creamy, flavorful, and ready in just 15 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, combine spaghetti, chicken broth, and garlic. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and butter until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add some crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
  • If you like a thicker sauce, you can let the pasta cook for a few more minutes to reduce the broth.
