Description

These pizza rolls combine the irresistible flavors of garlic butter, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara wrapped in soft, golden pizza dough. Perfectly bite-sized and packed with cheesy goodness, they make a fun and delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough tube

  • 20 pieces turkey pepperoni, quartered

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 8 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce (about 1 tablespoon per roll)

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Nonstick spray or olive oil, for greasing

  • Flour, for dusting the pizza dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray or olive oil.

  • Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.

  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

  • Scatter quartered turkey pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese.

  • Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.

  • Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

  • Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute turkey pepperoni with regular pepperoni or cooked bacon for variation.

  • Serve with extra marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
