Description
These pizza rolls combine the irresistible flavors of garlic butter, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara wrapped in soft, golden pizza dough. Perfectly bite-sized and packed with cheesy goodness, they make a fun and delicious snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough tube

20 pieces turkey pepperoni, quartered

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce (about 1 tablespoon per roll)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Nonstick spray or olive oil, for greasing

Flour, for dusting the pizza dough
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray or olive oil.

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.

Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

Scatter quartered turkey pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese.

Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.

Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
