For the Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra texture)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  • Melt the Mixture:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Add Flavor:
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Incorporate the Oreos:
    • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture. If using, also fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Pour and Chill:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
  • Serve:
    • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
