For the Fudge:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra texture)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- Melt the Mixture:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Add Flavor:
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the Oreos:
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture. If using, also fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour and Chill:
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
- Serve:
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
