Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy and well combined.
  • Stir in the flour and milk until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter over the prepared Oreo crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
