- 1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and slightly flatten each piece.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until combined.
- Place a spoonful of the Oreo mixture in the center of each cinnamon roll, then roll it up and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the stuffed cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese drizzle by whisking together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
