Seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, they make the perfect side dish for any meal. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, washed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
