Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a shallow plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then coat each one thoroughly in the cheese and bread crumb mixture. Press the coating onto the chops to ensure even coverage.
- Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Place the coated pork chops on the prepared pan.
