Description

These Parmesan Baked Pork Chops are a simple yet flavorful dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. The crispy, cheesy coating makes these pork chops deliciously golden and satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a shallow plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then coat each one thoroughly in the cheese and bread crumb mixture. Press the coating onto the chops to ensure even coverage.
  • Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated pork chops on the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the coating is golden brown.

Notes

Store any leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the pork chops in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through, or microwave for a quicker option.
