  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in the pastina and cook until the pasta is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
