Description

Indulge in this delightful Peach Crumb Cheesecake, featuring a creamy peach-infused filling atop a buttery graham cracker crust, all crowned with a crunchy crumb topping. A perfect dessert for summer gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peach puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • Crumb Topping:
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the peach puree and mix until well combined. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until just blended.
  • Gently stir in the diced peaches and pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and softened butter together to create the crumb topping. Sprinkle it evenly over the cheesecake.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra peachy flavor, you can drizzle some peach syrup over the top before serving.
