Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate syrup or chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  • Mix Filling: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, mixing until well combined. Stir in mashed bananas until evenly distributed.
  • Pour Mixture: Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve: Before serving, optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Notes

For an extra touch, try adding banana slices on top before serving!
