- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate syrup or chopped peanuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Mix Filling: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, mixing until well combined. Stir in mashed bananas until evenly distributed.
- Pour Mixture: Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Before serving, optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
