Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a soft texture, do not overbake the cookies. They will continue to firm up as they cool.
