- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, mix together the crushed cookies, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the cookie balls for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
