Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candies
  • 1 package refrigerated cookie dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  • Scoop out small balls of cookie dough and flatten each ball into a disc.
  • Place a small spoonful of the peanut butter mixture in the center of each disc.
  • Fold the edges of the cookie dough over the peanut butter mixture and roll into a ball.
  • Place cookie balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow cookies to cool before serving.
