- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candies
- 1 package refrigerated cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
- Scoop out small balls of cookie dough and flatten each ball into a disc.
- Place a small spoonful of the peanut butter mixture in the center of each disc.
- Fold the edges of the cookie dough over the peanut butter mixture and roll into a ball.
- Place cookie balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
