Description

These Pecan Pie Balls are a delightful no-bake treat that captures the flavors of classic pecan pie in a bite-sized form. Coated in chocolate and perfect for any gathering, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups pecan halves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 to 8 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and finely chopped pecans. Add melted butter a little at a time until the mixture holds together and can be rolled into balls without falling apart.
  • Shape the Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch sized balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Once all the dough is rolled, refrigerate or freeze the tray for one hour to firm up.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate almond bark according to the package directions.
  • Coat the Balls: Dip each pecan pie ball into the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined tray. Allow the chocolate to harden completely.
  • Enjoy: Once the chocolate is set, enjoy your delicious pecan pie balls!

Notes

For added flavor, consider sprinkling a little sea salt on top of the chocolate before it hardens.
