A creamy and tangy dip that combines sharp cheddar with sweet pepper jelly, perfect for parties or game day!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a serving dish.
  • Top with the pepper jelly, spreading it out to cover the cheese mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
