  • 1 package pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Layer ingredients: Layer pepperoni slices evenly over the dough.
  • Add cheeses: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the pepperoni.
  • Season: Sprinkle garlic powder and dried oregano over the cheese.
  • Roll dough: Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly to form a log.
  • Slice the log: Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch slices.
