- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to package instructions for fries.
- Arrange fries on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add beef sirloin and cook until browned.
- Add onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top cooked fries with beef mixture and provolone cheese.
- Return to oven until cheese is melted.
