Description

These Philly Steak Cheese Fries are a delicious combination of crispy fries, savory beef sirloin, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted provolone cheese. A perfect indulgent dish for any time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen fries
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to package instructions for fries.
  • Arrange fries on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add beef sirloin and cook until browned.
  • Add onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top cooked fries with beef mixture and provolone cheese.
  • Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
