- 1 lb frozen steak fries
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake the steak fries according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the thinly sliced steak until browned.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Place the cooked steak, onion, and bell pepper on top of the baked fries.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the fries.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
