These indulgent Philly Steak Cheese Fries are loaded with tender steak, sautéed onions and bell peppers, melted provolone cheese, and a flavorful Worcestershire mayo drizzle, all atop crispy steak fries. Perfect for game days or as a hearty snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen steak fries
  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bake the steak fries according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, cook the thinly sliced steak until browned.
  • Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Place the cooked steak, onion, and bell pepper on top of the baked fries.
  • Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the fries.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
