Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a deliciously easy appetizer or snack, featuring gooey mozzarella cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with a savory garlic butter seasoning. Perfect for parties or a quick indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter (half a stick)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Biscuits:

  1. Open the container of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.

Add the Cheese:

  1. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit dough circle.
  2. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Season and Bake:

  1. Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the seasoned butter mixture.

Bake:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Serve:

  1. Serve the garlic butter cheese bombs warm. Enjoy them on their own or with a dipping sauce of your choice.
