Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a delightful appetizer or side dish, filled with gooey mozzarella and coated in a savory garlic butter. Perfect for parties or family dinners!


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt.
  • Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  • Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over to seal and shape into a ball.
  • Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating evenly, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top before baking.
