Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8-count)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray.
- Prepare Biscuits: Separate the biscuits from the can and cut each biscuit into quarters (you should have 32 pieces in total).
- Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir to combine well.
- Coat Biscuits: Dip each biscuit quarter into the garlic butter mixture, making sure it is well-coated. Then, place each buttered biscuit piece onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch too much.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of each biscuit piece.
- Bake: Bake the biscuit bombs in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use any cheese you like for these bombs. Mozzarella, cheddar, and even a mix of cheeses work great!
- Feel free to add extra herbs like parsley or Italian seasoning to the garlic butter for even more flavor.
- These biscuits are best served fresh from the oven, but they still taste delicious when reheated the next day.
