Description

These cheesy, garlicky, buttery biscuit bombs are the ultimate quick and easy side dish! Made with Pillsbury biscuits, they are stuffed with gooey cheese and coated in a fragrant garlic butter that makes them irresistible. Perfect for dinner, parties, or as a snack, these bites of heaven will disappear fast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Prepare Biscuits: Separate the biscuits from the can and cut each biscuit into quarters (you should have 32 pieces in total).
  • Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir to combine well.
  • Coat Biscuits: Dip each biscuit quarter into the garlic butter mixture, making sure it is well-coated. Then, place each buttered biscuit piece onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch too much.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of each biscuit piece.
  • Bake: Bake the biscuit bombs in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any cheese you like for these bombs. Mozzarella, cheddar, and even a mix of cheeses work great!
  • Feel free to add extra herbs like parsley or Italian seasoning to the garlic butter for even more flavor.
  • These biscuits are best served fresh from the oven, but they still taste delicious when reheated the next day.
