Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks (not frozen)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (plus more to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)

  • Cold water or milk as needed (to thin out)


Instructions

  • In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, banana pieces, Greek yogurt, honey, and sweetened condensed milk.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • Add cold water or milk a little at a time to reach your desired consistency.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or condensed milk if needed.
