These Pineapple Christmas Balls are a festive, no-bake treat filled with tropical flavors and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for the holiday season, they make a great gift or party snack!

- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Top each ball with a halved maraschino cherry.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut before refrigerating. You can also substitute walnuts for the pecans if preferred.
