Description

This Pineapple Coconut Dream Cake is a tropical delight with a moist, fluffy cake made with crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and pineapple juice. It’s the perfect dessert to bring a sweet and refreshing flavor to any occasion!

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and pineapple juice. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
