Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and flour. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice and pineapple juice. Spoon the juice mixture over the cream cheese batter. Use a knife to gently cut through the batter to create a swirl effect.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. The center may still be a bit wobbly.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- If desired, you can top the cheesecake with fresh fruit like orange slices or pineapple chunks for extra flavor and decoration.
- To ensure the cheesecake sets properly, let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
