These Pistachio Tartlets are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert, featuring a rich pistachio filling paired with a buttery tartlet crust. Perfect for any occasion, they offer a smooth and nutty flavor that will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made tartlet crust

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a food processor, pulse the pistachios until finely ground.
  • Add the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the ground pistachios. Pulse until the mixture is fully combined.
  • Press the pistachio mixture into the pre-made tartlet crust, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  • Let the tartlets cool completely before serving.
