  • 3 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Pepperoni slices, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan.
  • Prepare Biscuit Mixture: Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped pepperoni (if using). Toss until the biscuits are evenly coated.
  • Mix Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Layer in Pan: Layer the biscuit mixture evenly in the prepared Bundt pan.
  • Add Butter Mixture: Pour the melted butter mixture over the top of the biscuits.
  • Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Carefully invert the monkey bread onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
