- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, onions, olives
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning and water according to the package instructions. Stir well to combine.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each flour tortilla.
- Top with the taco meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and any optional toppings like diced bell peppers, onions, or olives.
- Fold the tortillas in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your pizza tacos!
