Description

Pizza Tacos combine the best of two worlds—pizza and tacos—into a fun and delicious meal. With seasoned ground beef, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni tucked inside crispy tortillas, these savory tacos are sure to be a hit with everyone!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, onions, olives

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water according to the package instructions. Stir well to combine.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each flour tortilla.
  • Top with the taco meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and any optional toppings like diced bell peppers, onions, or olives.
  • Fold the tortillas in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your pizza tacos!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out the pepperoni for other pizza toppings, like sausage or mushrooms.
  • For extra crunch, try baking the tortillas until they’re crispy before adding the toppings.
