Description

These flavorful frittata rolls are a perfect combination of eggs, ham, cheese, and vegetables, all baked together into a light, fluffy dish. They make a delicious breakfast or brunch option that can be enjoyed warm and sliced into bite-sized rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and diced vegetables.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Carefully roll up the frittata and slice it into rolls.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can customize the vegetables in the frittata based on your preferences, such as adding mushrooms, zucchini, or tomatoes.
  • If you want a more indulgent version, consider adding a bit of cream cheese or ricotta cheese for extra creaminess.
  • For a vegetarian option, simply omit the ham and add more vegetables.
