- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet, along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked through.
- Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet with the cooked pork. Stir to combine, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the pork marinara sauce over the cooked rotini pasta.
- Top each serving with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- You can swap out the tri-color rotini for any pasta shape you prefer. Penne, spaghetti, or rigatoni would work well.
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
- For extra richness, add a dollop of ricotta cheese on top of each serving.
