Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Mix the Sweetened Condensed Milk:
    • After opening the can, give the sweetened condensed milk a thorough stir to ensure it’s well combined, as some brands may separate in the can.
  • Melt the Mixture:
    • Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together over low heat until smooth and combined, stirring often. Alternatively, melt the mixture in the microwave by microwaving for 1 minute at half power, stirring well, and then continuing in 30-second intervals until just combined. The mixture will be very thick.
  • Add Pumpkin and Spices:
    • Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until fully incorporated.
  • Pour and Refrigerate:
    • Pour the mixture into the aluminum foil-lined pan and spread evenly.
    • Refrigerate for at least four hours to set.
  • Serve:
    • Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy this creamy, spiced treat!

Notes

  • For an extra touch, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top before refrigerating.
