- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Pour pumpkin mixture over cream cheese layer.
- Spread whipped topping over pumpkin layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top of the whipped topping before serving.
- You can also substitute the whipped topping with freshly whipped cream for a homemade twist.
