Description

Pumpkin Lush is a creamy, no-bake dessert that layers a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, spiced pumpkin layer, and fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for fall gatherings or any time you’re craving a sweet, pumpkin-flavored treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  4. Pour pumpkin mixture over cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread whipped topping over pumpkin layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top of the whipped topping before serving.
  • You can also substitute the whipped topping with freshly whipped cream for a homemade twist.
